The new project Akzirve, Turkey draws attention to the distinction of being one of the largest urban regeneration project which will be carried out on a single plot. Here is the latest information about the Akzirve Tıopkapı project.
The project is located 100 meters from the subway and tramway and 150 m from the metrobus and has direct connection to the main artery on the E5 line. The architectural design of the project was made by world-renowned design office Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık. The project will come to the fore as a new iconic structure for Istanbul with its unique design.
The project attracts attention with a total green area of 52 thousand m2 and DS Architecture is the signature of the landscape architect. The inner courtyard of the project, which is the size of 3 football fields, will exhibit a rare landscape design.
The project has a construction area of 492 thousand m2, 265 thousand m2 of which is above ground; land development cost was 250 million USD. Construction investment is estimated at TL 1 billion.
In the giant project where surface construction area is 265 thousand square meters, a total of 2,182 independent units have been designed. Within the scope of the project, 279 residential flats, 1,736 normal flats, 96 offices and 71 commercial units will rise.
The project, which is planned to be completed within 36 months, is planned to be launched in September-October 2018 period.
